Maddy joined NewCom Horizons as Managing Director in 2020. She brings nearly 19 years of experience working on International Media Accounts at some of the biggest networks as well as one other independent media agency. Our experience mainly lies in the Tourism industry as she is very used to multi-market and multi-media campaigns. She thrives in an international environment and loves understanding the differences between markets and helping clients navigate unknown waters in the International expansion. She was born in London and fluent in Spanish. Her main passion outside the workplace is travelling and teaching her children about different cultures.

Mario joined NewCom Horizons as Digital director in 2021. He’s got 14 years of experience in Digital Marketing. He has worked in different agencies like Publicis and Havas Media, managing big international clients like Movistar, Peugeot, Mapfre, Orange, Barceló, etc. He also worked for 5 years for the NH Hotel Group, leading their Trading Desk and managing all NH’s programmatic campaigns globally. He is passionate about sports and nature, so he likes to spend free time skiing, trekking, motorcycling, etc. He was born in Spain and fluent in English as he was living in London for 2 years. He also love to travel and is trying to visit as many countries as he can!

Marcela has been working as Account Manager at NewCom Horizons since 2020. She has over a decade of experience in international advertising. She has managed international clients such as Sernatur, Procolombia... She was born in Colombia and is fluent in English. She is passionate about travelling and decoration and she is an expert in restoring antique furniture!

Amelia joined NewCom Horizons more than 3 years ago. She has been working in the international field for more than 25 years. Her background is based mainly on tourism boards and she was handling the Spanish Tourist Board account and managing the International department at Havas Group dealing with more than 23 countries all over the world. She loves dealing with different cultures and learning about them. She was born in Spain and fluent in English and French. Her main passion are languages, teaching English and Spanish to foreigners, travelling to get to know the different cultures and reading.

Malele joined NewCom Horizons in 2022. She has been working in the international field for more than 25 years. Her experience is mainly based on international clients, leading campaigns for clients as diverse as Lladró, Tesoro Público, Turismo de Andalucía, Fitur, etc... She was born in Spain and speaks fluent English. She is also passionate about cooking and loves travelling around the world and learning about the culture and gastronomy of each country.

Fangxin recently joined NewCom Horizons as Business Development Manager. She's got over a decade of experience in international advertising, media strategies, planning and buying. She has worked in companies such as Aéroports de Paris and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, as well as some of the biggest media agencies WPP and IPG Mediabrands. She managed international clients such as LVMH group, Amazon, American Express, Patek Philippe etc. She speaks Mandarin Chinese (mother tongue), English, French and Spanish and thrives in international and multicultural environments. She has got a passion for yoga, flamenco, movies and travelling.
