Simplifying Insurance with Oona

Oona Insurance, a startup in a traditional industry, needed to create a digital journey from scratch for its general insurance offerings.

Objective

To design and build a new direct-to-customer (D2C) General Insurance platform for Indonesia and the Philippines and develop an Agent management platform for insurance agents within 9 months.

What We Did

Our team at Avyan Global collaborated closely with Oona Insurance to launch myoona.ph and myoona.id. From design to deployment, we ensured these platforms deliver a superior digital experience that reflects Oona's commitment to customer care and innovation. The websites were built on Adobe Experience Manager.

Output and Outcome 

Agent Platform: Given the restrictions to align with the necessary off-the-shelf platform and functionality for B2B use, Avyan developed a design system and component library, ensuring consistency in the look and feel of the entire agent platform. 

D2C platform: Avyan launched a consumer facing platform for Oona's general insurance products within 6 months. Customers can now easily explore, manage, and handle their insurance needs in one seamless and hassle-free experience.
