From Data to Insights: Enhancing Performance Tracking with a Digital Performance Dashboard
Background
The Mundipharma Global team oversees digital performance across its markets. Since each market has its campaigns with different agency partners and promotes varying products due to market nuances, tracking performance and standardizing reports received has become a challenge.
Objective
To develop a digital cockpit that shows the performance of paid media with three levels of view for CXOs, marketing teams and local agency partners across three product verticals in all APAC markets.
The dashboard aims to provide relevant metrics and insights for ongoing campaign optimization, creating a feedback loop for the next campaign and offering a real-time performance summary of paid media for each country or product vertical, comparing performance across countries.
What We Did
Avyan formulated business questions relevant to each stakeholder type. Metrics, KPIs and corresponding chart types were then determined to best address and capture performance in line with the identified business questions.
A wireframe of the digital dashboard was created. Detailed documentation was issued to each market, providing guidance on how to set up the dashboard and localize for their respective markets.
Avyan then developed the dashboard using middleware to connect various data sources to Looker Studio.
Output and Outcome
This performance dashboard has been successfully rolled out in four markets - the Philippines, Thailand, GCC, and Indonesia.
The implementation of the digital performance dashboard has led to increased data accessibility and real-time insights, enabling teams to make informed decisions more quickly.
