Grab FanFaves is a campaign launched by Grab in 2021. Positioned as the “premier food delivery recognition campaign driven by foodies from across the nation,” Grab has continued to run Fan Faves annually. In 2024, Grab wanted to revamp its Grab FanFaves Website in line with its goal of building credibility for its award program.
Objective
The revamped site is envisioned to improve customer experience and interactivity, as well as enhance functionality and content to make the site appealing not just to Grab customers but also to merchant participants.
What We Did
To achieve the ambitious goal of designing and developing a fully functional website in just four weeks, we adopted an Agile approach that emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, and iterative progress. Global and local best practices were incorporated into the design thinking process.
Output and Outcome
By employing Agile practices, we not only met our timeline but also fostered a collaborative environment that encouraged innovation and responsiveness. The result was a website that not only met but exceeded client expectations, and provided a seamless experience for Grab’s customers and merchant partners.
