Strategic marketing agency Comma is acquired by Group Daenens

The Group Daenens business group, led by entrepreneur Nico Daenens, is gaining a strong strategic partner in Comma, brand strategists , a long-standing member of the Tribe Global Network. Comma will continue to operate as an independent entity, retaining its name and vision. The acquisition fits in with Group Daenens' ambition to grow sustainably by investing in companies that have built up significant experience and know-how in providing services, while focusing on strengthening the employees and the organisation in which they work.

The collaboration between the two parties is not new. In recent years, Comma has worked closely with several companies within the Group. This new step provides a structural anchor and opens up new opportunities for both parties.

Comma pioneered the concept of brand marketers in Belgium - an approach that integrates marketing and strategy and is now widely used in the industry.
