What is one of your favourite projects?

At Q&A Retail, we work on a wide variety of projects - from strategic advice to trend research and educational programs. But one of our all-time favourites is the annual Retailer of the Year Gala. This event brings together a diverse group of retailers to celebrate excellence in the industry with several prestigious retail awards. It's not just a celebration - it's a moment of connection, inspiration, and shared pride in the sector. A large part of our team attends every year, making it a highlight on both a professional and personal level.

Tell us a fun fact about your agency!

Since late 2023, we've been working from our brand-new office in Amersfoort - just a three-minute walk from the train station. It's an inspiring space close to the lively city centre, surrounded by the very retail landscape we love to explore. With bright open areas, a rooftop terrace, and even our own BBQ, it's become a favourite spot not just for work, but also for small events, team get-togethers and fresh ideas.
