Tribe Global, the leading global network of independent communications agencies, has announced the addition of six exceptional individuals to its dynamic Rising Stars programme. These new appointments signify a significant step towards driving innovation and fostering growth across the Tribe Global network.
Originally intending to fill four positions, the Executive Board's recognition of outstanding talent led to the expansion of the programme to accommodate a total of six new members who will take part in the 2-year programme.
The newly appointed team, including Alexander Wu-Kim, Creative Director at Andpeople; Jonathan Everaere, Client Strategy Director at Billups; Lisa Schmit, Brand Strategist & Project Manager at Concept Factory; Nikola Weng, Account Director at Socialists; Rikul Sudra, Business Director at Mediabridge; and Vitor Bourguignon, Account Executive at Global Media Altermark, covering Australia, Brazil, Bratislava, Luxembourg, and the UK, will complement the existing Rising Stars cohort, who are entering their final year in the programme.
In the upcoming year, the programme will place heightened emphasis on mentorship and increased engagement with Tribe Global's Board of Directors. This dynamic team will play a pivotal role in spearheading strategic and tactical priorities, collaborating closely with Tribe Global's leadership on key business areas, including finance & corporate social responsibility (CSR), The Tribe Academy learning programme, the network's growth strategy, sponsorship, business development & collaborations, marketing & public relations, media roundtables, business summits, global meetings & the network's TribeOpen event series.
