We’ve always been proud of our status as a strong, independent UK agency.
But as we all know, no creative agency is ever an island…and collaboration, working with the brightest and best to share skills and expertise, is at the heart of everything we do.
This sense of community extends beyond our work in our own Manchester and London offices, and with partners and clients in the UK.
As a founder member and the new chair of Tribe Global – a growing international network of independent agencies – I believe very strongly in the need for co-working in other territories too.
Since its launch in 2012, myself and the growing membership – now 29 in total – have been helping agencies leverage local knowledge and expertise to achieve best results for their clients across the world.
We are able to share ideas, processes, and that all-important, on the ground, live local knowledge quickly and efficiently in a way that benefits us all.
And in 2017, it certainly feels like the need for this kind of positive international collaboration has never been more pressing.
While post-Trump, pre-Brexit politics continues to see the lines of international economic and political partnerships being re-drawn, we are looking to expand our reach, welcoming new members from Europe, North America, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia.
As Tribe Global chair, one of my main aims is to continue to build on this growth — welcoming more members in a new spirit of international, creative collaboration.
