As a follow-up to my New Year's post about independent agency networks and why the time is now for networks like Tribe Global to shine, a few people have asked me who I think our biggest competitors are. The simple answer is that we have many competitors and they are increasing on a daily basis.

 For Tribe Global, other independent networks are competitors as are the multi-national networks. The consultancies are a threat especially as they buy up agencies and of course so is AI. Having said all of that, I think that our biggest threat is our clients competitors. If we don't provide our clients with business advantage through leading edge thinking, big ideas, added value and outstanding knowledge of digital and technology then we really do have a problem.

And so do our clients.
