Tribe Global is proud to announce the addition of 5 outstanding individuals to its next gen talent and development program. 

The positions will be filled by Emily Lou, Senior Performance Media Manager at Lane Media, Fadi Sader, Digital Director at Fusion5, Hannah Huang, Designer at Fiction Tribe, Hollie Lambert, HR & Development Manager at LIGHTBLUE, and Su Ozbek, Senior International Account Manager at billups.

The newly appointed cohort, which spans offices across the USA, UK and the Middle East, will join the existing Rising Stars team, collaborating closely with the network’s management team and Executive Board to lead on a range of initiatives and projects for the Tribe Academy learning program, the Tribe podcast and the network’s highly anticipated meeting program.

Helena Sarkis, Senior Media Planner at Fusion5, has extended her participation in the program for one year and will join this year’s new cohort. After her initial 2-years on the program, she submitted a request to keep her seat on the team, stating:

“Being part of the RS program has been an incredible journey of growth, collaboration, and innovation while adding so much value to my career. Over the past two years, I've had the chance to learn from and work alongside some of the most talented professionals from around the world, which has been truly inspiring. Extending my participation for another year gives me the opportunity to connect more deeply with the new Rising Stars team and collaborate even more closely. I'm particularly excited to join the global meetings, exchange ideas with a diverse network of industry leaders, and contribute to meaningful projects that make a real impact.”

In addition to these new appointments, Jennifer Webb, Director of Strategy at TrunkBBI & Board Member of Tribe Global, joins the program’s leadership team to nurture and empower talent within the program.
